Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, no show, and new client booking policies: New clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of $30. (You will be prompted during the booking process). If you need to reschedule (outside of the 24 hour window) your deposit will carry over to your new appointment. Any new client no-shows will not be able to make future appointments with me and you will be charged the full amount of your booked services. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment window I do require 50% charge of the service unless I am able to fill your spot with another client. No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. I have this policy to protect my business, myself, and I want to make sure that I have enough time for clients who want to book with me. I ask that if any of my clients are sick or feeling under the weather to please notify me immediately. Please DO NOT come in if you are sick or have suspicions of being sick.
